Brrrrrrrrr

Third day straight that we have had this cold weather...25 degrees when I drove into work. That is cold for here.

Talked to Sheri about the annual Christmas After Christmas party with our group of friends. This year we are hosting the party at our home. First time at our place. Strange the last two years we have this party at another couples home...which has the identical floor plan as our house, except we have a three car garage and they have the two car garage. But pretty much everything else is the same. I remember when we first went to their home in 2003, I told Mike this house is really neat and I like the lay out of it. In May 2003 we bought our house and I told Mike this is the same as our friends home. Weird. Deja vu.

The main theme of the party is to eat, drink and have the white elephant gift exchange. Each couple brings one gift or a gag gift. When we arrive we pick a number, then we get to pick a gift according to the number we picked. The rule is that we can either take a gift or take another's opened gift if we like it. Sometimes we will fight to get a gift depending on what order you get to pick the gift. Last year we lucked out and got to pick the last gift so I took the DVD that someone else had picked..Animal House. LOL. The year before we got a really nice quilt.

I don't know how many people keep reading this blog....but I have a noticed that a number of views of my profile keep going up. Evidently, someone has found this interesting. Invisible person or persons.

I heard on the radio that Cream is regrouping for a tour this year. I would like to see them and Motley Crew is going to tour this year too. Very cool. Now if Ac/Dc would tour again...need ear plugs for that one. I don't think that I will ever grow tired of going to concerts..keeps me young.
