Election

Well at least this is over. Pretty much everyone or thing I voted for was elected or passed. Oh well time marches on.

I wonder if the stupid candidate signs will be picked up? We'll probably have to look at them until next year. Argh.

Mike is going to dinner at the Space Needle tonight. A bunch of folks from Tellabs invited him for this nice dinner. He loves the Space Needle. I am not a big fan of it. The food is ok. The view is really great. If I had a free dinner there I would take it. But, if I was paying the bill I think I would prefer to go to Canlis or El Gaucho. Oh well. The Space Needle is a popular spot.

We have eaten there twice since we have been together. Once was the night after we got engaged and for my 27th Birthday. We got engaged on my birthday so that was a great present. The other time we ate there was for Mike's 34th birthday. I was pregnant with Kyra during this time. I didn't have a great time at the restaurant and that same day/night was the Bite of Seattle festival. So there were massive crowds everywhere at the Seattle Center. I was exhausted afterwards. Mike had fun.

I could probably list the best restaurants in Seattle and at least one person would disagree. I think that I want steak for dinner tonight. Now I am hungry.

Darn...mac & cheese night with salad. The girls love this stuff. Oh well.

Tonight Lost is on. I either like the show or I dislike the show. But won't miss it tonight....a cave with bones caves in ..no pun intended. Weird but good.
