Rain, Rain, Rain
Today is the election day. I saw on the news that different polling sites had lines out the door. Wow...haven't seen voting like this before. The only thing about election day, that really annoys me is the traffic. Its like people become nasty drivers having to grab the parking spot that you wanted and waited for...ack.
The most interesting initiative on the states ballot is this slot machine initiative. The lady that advertises the anti side to the initiative is just annoying..a bleeding heart type who thinks that all slot machines will corrupt our children. I have news for you lady...the smoking and drinking around our children has caused a lot more corruption. Sheesh she reminds me of the prohibition's movement. Obviously she doesn't care that the slot machine revenue is going to pay down property taxes in this exceedingly expensive state. I hope she goes away.
