Happy Memorial Day. Well at least I remembered the soldiers who died for this country. Most people just find it another excuse for a day off. Oh well.
Tonight for dinner I made my famous Green Tomatillo Pork Roast served with Jasmin rice. Kinda confusing meal that really works well together. Mexican pork roast cooked with cumin, garlic and jar of Goldwaters Tomatillo Salsa. Delicious!
Mike leaves for Chicago tomorrow and has two more trips this month to Chicago. Next month he is off to New York. Busy.
This Friday is the carnival at Kyras' school. I have volunteered for the cake walk and will be bringing 1 cake. Very cute carnival games.
I buy my DVD's from that stupid Columbia House club. I caught on to their game. They rotate the different movies each month and if you try to order one from last month you may not be able to. Kinda sucky if you ask me. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem with them.
